Before you call

The four things reception will ask.

Are you a new or existing patient?

New patients are booked into a longer first appointment; existing patients into the appropriate recall or treatment slot.

Is anything hurting right now?

Pain moves you up the list. Say so and we will look at the day's urgent chairs first.

Which insurance do you carry?

Tell us your plan and we will check what it covers before your visit, so the numbers you are quoted are the real ones.

Who was your previous dentist?

With your permission we request your records and radiographs so you are not re-scanned unnecessarily.
